Susie Belanger, (wife of Tuesday Squad member – Ernie Belanger, aka TubaErnie), is retiring after 20 years of volunteer service from her lead role as advocate for Blue Water Navy veterans who suffered from agent orange exposure during the Vietnam War but did not qualify for benefits from the VA.
