Shelter 1 has now been enclosed with full glass walls to protect against wind, snow and rain. Services will take place inside. At this time, the cemetery staff are experimenting with the positional locations of the Honor Guard, Patriot Guard Riders and The Saratoga Ladies during services. Active Duty Honor Guard will continue to remain in their presentation positions.
